Eleni Kakos is a founding partner of Weltz Kakos Gerbi Wolinetz Volynsky LLP, where she provides practical and business-related approaches to solving complex legal business issues. She represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and operations of all types of real estate property and can guide clients through both personal and commercial bankruptcy. Additionally, she represents individuals in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, testamentary trusts, irrevocable trusts, living wills and health care proxies. She handles probate and the administration of estates and litigates will contests and all related Surrogate Court actions.
Ms. Kakos also assists the firm’s clients in the formation and operation of private foundations and charitable organizations, and has assisted several organizations in the process of becoming a public charity
Prior to the formation of Weltz Law, Mrs. Kakos worked for a multi-billion dollar company with offices in over 60 countries.
